Reservation Policies
Rates
- Rates in American dollars.
- According to Chilean law, to be exempt from tax (IVA: value added tax), you must meet the following requirements:
- I. Pay in US dollars;
- II. Are not a resident of Chile;
- III. Present your passport and proof of entering the country that International Police gave you upon arrival.
- Also, guests should be aware that said tax exemption shall only apply to the guest's own food/drink and only within the hotel.
Confirmation and Guarantee
- When booking you must provide details of a valid credit card as a guarantee.
- Reservations are considered tentative until a guarantee has been provided.
- Your reservation will be automatically be canceled if the deposit is not received by the deadline.
- Our reply to a reservation request is within 1 business day following the reception of request.
Payment
- Guarantees and payment are received through our national and international bank accounts, and by way of credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.

Cancelations and No Show Policies
Nuestras políticas de cobranza en relación a anulación o modificación de reservas se explican en el siguiente cuadro:
High Season
- Dead Line Up to 22 days
- No charge
- Dead Line Between 21 and 8 days
- Charge 50% of the booking value
- Dead Line 7 days or less
- Charge 100% of the booking value
Low Season
- Dead Line Over 48 hours
- No charge
- Dead Line 48 hours or less
- Charge 100% of the booking value
The charge for overdue cancellations will become effective for all or some of the rooms, as
applicable.
Reservations that are made past the Dead Line date follow the same billing policies established in the above table according to their respective check-in deadlines.

Children Policies
- Frees the accommodation for children according to the following requirements:
- Children under 12 sharing a bed with parents; maximum two children per room.

- The hotels offer special services for Newlyweds, including a bottle of Champagne with keepsake glasses, chocolates, breakfast in your room and late checkout upon request (based on availability).

- Each guest room in our hotels are equiped with a safe providing security and comfort to passengers.
- Because of this, hotels are not responsible for the loss of money or valuables within our facilities.
